I am 24 year old male, and my height is 174 cm and weight is 52 Kg. My BMI rate is 17.
There is lot of information about obesity but none on being underweight. BMI of lower than 20 is underweight. My BMIs 17 so is there any danger in this?
I have never dieted and continuously trying to gain weight but getting no success.
Why experts says my BMI is unhealthy? I want to know dangers of having a low BMI rate and how should I gain weight ?

you should have a thorough medical check to find out the reason why aint you gaining weight despite having a good diet..
there are many causes for that most of them come under chronic conditions
Both - high and low BMI are not good. I gained 4 kgs weight by eating heavy breakfast regularly, heavy lunch, doing aerobic exercises, walking and taking good 8 hours of solid sleep.
If you take 15 to 30 mins nap after every meal, you will gain weight. Bear in mind that going to sleep after meals may also increase your cholesterol!
