In 1947 a small group of health professionals, consisting of Drs. Amuchástegui, Brusco, Caeiro, Chatto, Degoy, Nuñez, Remorino, Stiefel and joined Villafañe goals, guided by their disagreement by individual practice of medicine at the time and the prospects it offered for their future development.
