And he is Professor and Head, Department of Cardiovascular Sciences, at Sheth Vadilal Sarabhai General Hospital, affiliated with Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India.

He worked as a visiting Interventional Cardiologist at GRMI, Rajasthan Hospital, Ahmedabad, India from 1997 to 2000. He served as Director and Chief Interventional Cardiologist at Krishna Heart Institute, Ahmedabad, India from 2000 to 2004. He served as Director and Chief Interventional Cardiologist at Sterling Hospital, Ahmedabad, India from 2004 to 2006. He was the Professor of Cardiology at the Department of Cardiology, SBKS Medical Institute and Research Centre, Vadodra, Gujarat, India.
