Job Description :

• Assist international clients in arranging their healthcare holidays
• Work with Hospitals and Kosansh Design Team to design Value Packages
• Organize Online Training / Web Conference with our registered facilitators to explain the packages
• Transfer patient leads to their local faciltators and track SLA's in Kosansh Ticket System
• Train Facilitators on using Kosansh, Ticket System, Support System, Patient Vault, Promoting their profiles
• Directly Provide information to clients by call and e-mail where facilitators are not avaialble.
• Build and manage relationship with key clients, patients, hospitals and get patient feedback on service provided
• Coordinate with our group of clinics, hospitals, facilitators and travel partners
• Handle telephone calls
• Ad hoc assignments of content writing, content population
• Manage Kosansh Medical Tourism newsletter
• Run Kosansh Podcast Series on Medical Tourism by establishing contacts with International Experts
• Plan and Facilitate Medical Tourism Bootcamps at various destinations with help of facilitators
• Signup Hospitals, Clinics, Faciltators on Kosansh and Train them how to best use the product
• Signup Medical Device and Consumer Health Product companies and train them how to promote their product on Kosansh Store
• Signup Healthcare Recruiters and Train them to post international healthcare jobs on Kosansh

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Business Administration,
• MBA in Tourism would be ideal - Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in English Communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be a visionary and detailed oriented individual with multi-tasking abilities
