My Medical History & Special Considerations: 
I have IGAN, dizzyness and MVP. Am taking Envas 5 mg and Ciplar 40mg two times a day. Am not able to drive any vehicle because of abrupt spells of dizzyness. Blood Pressure on average still remains Systolic 135+ and Dystolic 90+. Work in IT, so hardly doing any exercise and sleeping on average 6 hours/day except weekends.
