Brief Bio of Facilitator:
Ms. Hart's prior leadership roles serve Patients Without Borders very well. At Patients Without Borders (PWB), she prides herself in producing the best possible outcomes for her clients, along with her Patient Advocate team. Her accomplishments thus far have merited her outstanding testimonials and client relationships; she attributes this to working sucessfully for years in case management.
She started her career in the field of social work -- first as a counselor, then as a case manager, program director and clinical director. The culmination of her twelve years in social work involved building a residential treatment program from the ground up. After establishing this program, she was responsible for educating clients about the choices that were available to them and for advocating on their behalf with chosen insurance providers and medical personnel. Ms. Hart's expertise in quality assurance was key to a comprehensive top-quality program being delivered for each client.
Subsequently, she worked for fourteen years in residential real estate, helping individuals and families make one of the most significant personal decisions of a lifetime. She rose to leadership in this field as well, eventually becoming a designated relocation specialist and the recipient of several top producer awards in both sales and customer service.
